Please feel welcome to join us online from 20:15-21:30 BST each Monday. You can expect a meditation, a brief talk on Mindfulness and reflective small group discussion. Feel free to stay on to continue the conversation for tea and a chat afterwards. You are welcome to drop in to a session whenever is convenient for you. Get in touch for your free trial session.

5 week Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing Online Course
(5 Weekly online lessons from 7th October- 4th November 2024, 19:30-21:30 hrs)
This practice of meditation and mindfulness is good for us. When we wish to become healthier and have a sense of curiosity, then we are ready to practice mindfulness!
During this course, each session will have guided and structured meditation practices. Every week we will discuss the mindful approaches to different areas of our lives. This will include natural daily stressors, taking care of ourselves, role stress and time pressure, anxiety and depression, working with physical pain and making positive changes to our lives.
There will be time for reflection on your own and within small groups, as we develop our practice together. I’m also offering a free 1-1 mindfulness session each week that can be used during or after the course and daily guided meditations live on zoom. You will be also be directed to information relevant to what is alive in your current mindfulness practice.

1 -1 Mindfulness Sessions
Would you like to learn about Mindfulness and Meditation with a fully qualified teacher. Bringing your life experiences as the entry point for investigation, allowing what is live for you at the moment to really be. Learning what happens when you become still within the most priceless piece of technology in the known universe, yourself, this body and mind that is always at the centre of your experience.
I offer support between sessions via your preferred method of communication as and when you have any questions. With access to free meditation sessions to bolster the consistency of your practice, there is ample opportunity to fully engage in your practice, in your life. This practice dovetails well with psychology, coaching and other wellbeing practices in my experience.

1 Day Revitalise Retreat
(in person, Kentish Town, Sunday 1st December 2024)
A day to meditate, learn practical techniques, reflect on your own and within small groups. We include some healthy food within a warm space.
We will meditate in 4 different styles (bodyscan, breathing/concentration and zazen/open meditation and walking meditation). There will be short talks on what Mindfulness is? Framing, how we handle time and role pressure and the importance of balance.
Engage with a fresh approach to yourself within the company of like minded people. Come as you are and leave recharged after an engaging day!

Would you like to exchange skills, maybe you have skills to exchange for mindfulness tuition. This could be IT skills, some other kind of practice like Reiki, maybe your an artist, a chef, it could be all sorts of things?
